CaratOS - Stone-Level Cost and Journey Tracking for Diamond Manufacturing

A multi-tenant operations platform for a diamond manufacturer, delivered in 21 days. Floor staff must never reach cost figures and a stone's cost has to follow its weight as it is cut, two constraints that ruled out the obvious design. 27 migrations with paired rollbacks, 54 row-level security policies, and an architecture gate that fails the build on a float column in a money schema.
